Advertisement in the Exhibition Directory is offered to Exhibitors and service contractors only. To highlight your participation in the exhibition, you should take an advertisement in Directory so as to give readers maximum information about your products/services. Your advertisement will be placed as close to your directory entry as possible.

Print order	3,000 copies
Distribution	Free to trade and business visitor, to be distributed at entrance of exhibition.
Technical details	Advertisements are reproduced from positive films only. Any additional work will be charged at cost by our printers. Exhibitors are to supply films/materials at their cost.

Type area	Full page (height 29.7cm x width 21.0) Horizontal half page (height 14 cm x width 21 cm) Vertical half page (height 29.7 cm x width 10 cm)

Cancellation Clause:
If an advertisement is cancelled after July 31, 2007 and before September 1, 2007, the following penalty rates apply:

Cover positions: 50% of advertisement cost
Inside pages: 20% of advertisement cost

If the cancellation is after September 2, 2007 the penalty will be 100%.

Prices are nett of any agency commission which will NOT be paid by the Organisers. Cost of advertisement will be billed directly to Exhibitors. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITH SUBMISSION OF POSITIVE FILMS, OR PRINTING WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED.

FINAL SUBMISSION OF POSITIVES WITH FULL PAYMENT - Latest Date September 1, 2007.

We do not wish to reserve advertising space.

IMPORTANT!
This form must reaches the organizers NOT LATER THAN AUGUST 11, 2007.
Only finished artwork, film and colour separations cab be accepted for publication.
The organisers have no facilities for the type setting or design of exhibitor's advertisements.
