All Exhibitors must order lighting and power requirements on this form. Only the official electrical contractor will be permitted to undertake electrical work in the exhibition area. A 30% surcharge will apply to all late orders placed at the exhibition centre during the build-up period.

Exhibitors who are using the Walk On Stand are reminded tthat this includes fluorescent tubes mounted behind the fascia.

If you are not using the Organiser's Walk On Stand, please tick as appropriate.

We do not require any lighting and electrics.
We require to rent the following and we agree to pay directly to the official contractor who is supplying them, and who will invoice us payment in advance of the exhibition.

Important note for exhibitors:

1. All power points must be supplied by the approved electrical contractor at the rates shown in the Exhibitor Manual. This includes national groups and individual exhibitors.
2. Lighting may be provided by the official electrical contractor or by approved contractor.
3. If lighting is provided by the approved electrical contractor, the charges in the Exhibitor Manual will apply.
4. If distribution power done by exhibitor or independent contractor, there will be an inspection fee with the charges as below:

  • National Groups or individual stand with the square meter of 101 or more will be charged for a suitable power supply from the list above plus US$ 150.
  • Individual stand with the square meter under 101 will be charged for a suitable power supply from the list above plus US$ 120.

5. Exhibitors requiring 'hook up' of their machines to their power supplies should note that this is not already included in the cost and should refer to the approved electrical contractor for quotation.
