Above rates are for each unit of telephone per duration of event.

All incoming calls are through the switchboards.

Calls received will be through the computerized billing system and a copy can be finished upon request.

FAX MACHINE

Fax Machine Plain Paper (A) = US$ 300 / event.
Fax Machine Thermal Paper = US$ 200 / event.
We do not require a fax machine.

TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Orders are valid only when accompanied by full remittance.
2. Late orders may not be provided and if available will be subject to a 30% surcharge.
3. Notice of cancellation must be given at least two weeks before the event, failing which 50% of the
total payment due shall be forfeited.
4. In accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations telephone order is subject to VAT (PPN) and service at 21% and Fax Machine is 10%.
